Resolution/KB Overview
Resolution/KB is a web-based knowledge base that allows issues to be tracked throughout the enterprise. Currently, Resolution/KB is being used primarily by software development organizations; however, software issues are not the only types of issues that benefit from being tracked by Resolution/KB.
